Our Y Staff

Andrew Corley
Executive Director/CEO

Andy Corley (he/him) is the CEO and Executive Director at the YMCA of the Seven Council Fires. Though he has been working for this YMCA for the last several years, he has been working within the Y movement for more than a decade. His YMCA story started off in Cape Cod, MA at a resident camp called Camp Burgess and Hayward. Of his commitment to the Y world and the Sioux YMCA, he says "It is amazing to see what an impact one organization can make in an area."

In his free time, Andy likes to stay active.  He can usually be spotted around town running or walking with his dogs, Marlo and Murphy. Along with running, biking takes up a great deal of his free time.

Anthony Summers
Infrastructure Director

After four years in Pittsburgh, Anthony has returned to the YMCA Seven Council Fires as the Infrastructure Director. With a strong background in operations, logistics, and program support, Anthony is dedicated to ensuring the facilities, grounds, and systems of the YMCA are safe, efficient, and ready to serve the community. His leadership and hands-on approach reflect years of experience managing teams, coordinating complex projects, and building environments where others can thrive.

Outside of his professional work, Anthony is an avid traveler, photographer, and outdoor enthusiast. He’s road tripped through 48 of the 50 connected states and visited 41 of the 63 U.S. National Parks, often with his two loyal travel companions, Zion and Denali. Through his photography, Anthony captures the spirit of the landscapes and communities he encounters, blending his passion for exploration with storytelling through the lens.

Anthony is excited to be back with the Y, combining his love for the outdoors, commitment to community, and appreciation for the beauty of the Great Plains and beyond.

Frank Hernandez
Kitchen Director

Frank Hernandez (he/him) has been with the Dupree Y for 3 years.  Prior to working with the Y, he worked as a mentor for Aliso/Pico, a multi-purpose center working with inner city children in Los Angeles, California.  He then moved to Oregon where he began his culinary road.  He started as a donut fryer for a large grocery chain and moved his way up to cake decorating and eventually assistant bakery manager.

He then moved to ND where he worked for Prairie Knights Casino and Resort as a pastry chef. At Prairie Knights he had the pleasure of working with many chefs learning different skills not only in pastry arts but also in fine dining as well.  After many years of learning several cultures in food, he is proud to bring his skills to the YMCA elder feeding program and the youth feeding program during the summer and afterschool during the school year.  His goal is to offer our elders and youth a healthier way of eating and introduce different dishes from different countries that are healthy.
